The conference lasts for three days from Oct.28 to Oct.30, 2023. It is warmly welcomed and widely participated by national TV organizations, Internet audio-visual platforms, animation and comic companies, colleges and universities, art studios, independent creators and other institutions and individuals. It has collected nearly 1,000 original works of all kinds: animation, comic, and reasearch papers, rich in content, diverse in type, and innovative in creativity. During the conference, exhibition, seminars and other related events were held.

The closing gala announced a list of recommended works, promoting the best and outstanding works in three categories: TV cartoons, comics, and research papers on animation and comics.
